- Greet and welcome everyone to CTM Monthly Event.
- Briefly set the tone for the evening.
Opening Prayer
- Lead the group in the opening prayer from the monthly handout.
Sunday Mass Readings - Mass Prep
- Exegesis around Sunday Mass Readings
- Invite volunteers to proclaim each of the Sunday readings
Scripture Reflection (after readings Facilitator provide brief (30-60 second) reflection, to help breakdown readings and lead into questions)
Questions
- Provide 2-3 Questions that allow for 15-20 minute discussion

Speaker Talk
- Introduce Speaker
- Talk lasts 25-35 minutes
Breakout/Small Table Discussion on Talk
- Read questions from Speaker
- Discussion for 25-30 minutes
- Call to Action (What Am I Going to Do Now?
- Regather as a group for final thoughts and questions
Closing Comments/Announcements:
- Upcoming CTM activities
- Upcoming Church events (Holy Days, Eucharistic Adoration)
